I specialize in individualized personal training, fitness and wellness programs (in person and online) for busy women who want to feel better, look better and live better.  I  provide in person training out of my private studio in Okotoks, Alberta, Canada.

I particularly enjoy supporting busy women approaching 40 (and older) as we often require an approach to health and fitness that incorporates more gentleness and balance while we respect the multitude of changes taking place within our bodies and even our minds.


With science and physiology to back it up, women who approach their 40's and onward tend to do best in understanding what those changes are, and how our bodies response to things like stress (exercise, though a "good stress" can still be a stress) and even certain macro-nutrient changes.
