Great that I could bring my two kids while I worked out (has indoor play area right next to the workout equipment). My baby sat on my lap while I biked, when he needed some attention. Sessions are provided in my private fitness studio. All equipment is provided.
Children are welcome as there is an adjacent play area, and not permitted in the workout studio area.

The studio has everything you need to get a great workout and focus on mobility, flexibility, core, strength and cardio.
Water rower, elliptical, spin bike, kettlebells, dumbbells, squat cage, barbell, landmine, sliders, mini bands, exercise bands, swiss balls, adjustable incline bench, TRX, kickboxing equipment and more!
I have set up a kids play area adjacent to the workout studio so that moms can bring the littles and be able to get their own workout in!
There is a swing, a trampoline, a work bench, little people play houses, or even kids programming via Netflix on the couch!
I specialize in working with women of all backgrounds, shapes, sizes and fitness levels. I especially love working with people who want to learn how to truly move better and build from a strong foundation of the basics. I'll bring 27 years of experience, training and education to serve you best (and safely).
